Kicking Off a Year of Opportunity

Greenleaf is proud to celebrate 31 years of impact, growth, and community. What began as a vision to create meaningful change has grown into a vibrant organization dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening connections. Over the past three decades, we’ve been inspired by the people we serve, the supporters who believe in our mission, and the countless moments that have shaped our journey. As we celebrate this milestone, we reflect on how far we’ve come and look ahead with excitement for the future. Thank you for being part of our story, and here’s to the next chapter of Greenleaf!

2025 Annual Report

At Greenleaf, lasting change is only possible because of the incredible support of our community partners, dedicated staff, and inspiring participants. In 2025, together, we made meaningful strides toward creating more inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Over the course of the year, Greenleaf helped 93 participants secure positions in the workforce, served 126 people through our Empowering Employment program, and supported 744 individuals with disabilities at every stage of their employment journey. With 40 new community partners and more than $150,000 in charitable funding, we are building even more momentum as we move through 2026.

DEAF Grant

We are excited to share that Greenleaf has been awarded a $25,000 grant through the Dorothy E. Ann Fund (DEAF). This funding will allow us to expand our impact through a new collaboration with the Ohio School for the Deaf, creating additional support for their students and strengthening pathways to employment. This partnership is an important step toward making career development more accessible and inclusive for all.

A special thank you to Amanda, co-owner of Petals That Inspire, for leading such a beautiful and engaging experience. We truly appreciate her talent, generosity, and continued partnership in supporting our mission.

Wine Tasting with Wyandotte Winery

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Wine Tasting at Wyandotte Winery! It was a wonderful evening filled with great wine, learning from the winery team, and connection with our community.

A special thank you to winery co-owner Alena Miller for hosting us and to our board member Cierra Carter for planning such a memorable event.

Because of your support, we’re able to continue empowering individuals with disabilities. We’re so grateful to have such an incredible community behind our mission and look forward to seeing you at future events.
